Bartender – Wander The Resort
Wander The Resort is seeking thoughtful, energetic Bartenders to join our team. This is not a typical bar role. Our team delivers elevated beverage experiences across multiple unique spaces throughout the resort. From crafting cocktails that complement the setting to creating memorable guest moments, our bartenders play a key role in shaping the Wander experience. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options across multiple bar locations within the resort.
- Deliver a high level of guest engagement, creating welcoming, personalized, and memorable experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak periods.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our beverage program, including seasonal menus and featured offerings.
- Execute cocktails with consistency, precision, and attention to detail.
- Monitor inventory, assist with restocking, and support bar organization across outlets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually polished bar environment aligned with Wander standards.
- Handle payments and accurately record sales.
- Ensure full compliance with Ontario liquor laws and Smart Serve guidelines.
What we’re looking for
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- A passion for hospitality and creating elevated guest experiences
- Experience behind a bar; cocktail knowledge is an asset, but a willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to adapt and move between different service environments and styles
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Strong time management and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting
- Professional, polished, and approachable presence
