Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AZ/DZ Driver for a direct hire opportunity in Burlington, ON, supporting local and regional deliveries across the GTHA and Niagara region. This role is ideal for a safety-focused commercial driver with strong flatbed experience who wants steady full-time hours, daytime routes, and the ability to be home every evening.
The AZ/DZ Driver will operate flatbeds, dry vans, container chassis, and occasional DZ flatbed straight trucks while delivering steel, containers, construction materials, and industrial supplies. This is a stable opportunity with a predictable early morning schedule, no overnight routes, no night shifts, and no tarping required on flatbed loads.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate AZ commercial vehicles, including flatbeds, dry vans, and container chassis for local and regional deliveries.
- Operate a DZ flatbed straight truck as required based on operational needs.
- Secure flatbed cargo using straps and approved cargo securement methods, with no tarping required.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, driver logs, and delivery paperwork accurately and on time.
- Deliver steel, containers, construction materials, and industrial supplies to job sites, facilities, and customer locations.
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch, customers, and site contacts while following MTO regulations and safe driving practices.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range provided: $24 to $28 per hour.
- 4 percent vacation pay paid out.
- Benefits after 3 months.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Occasional weekend availability may be required.
