Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Building Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our multi-residential facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a hygienic, welcoming environment for residents and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, such as; restrooms, hallways, stairwells, gymnasiums and amenity rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas to ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and kitchens.
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or reporting larger repairs to management.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are maintained consistently.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving around large facilities.
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
