APPOINTMENT and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Highbury Ford is looking for a person to add to their Business Development Center.
The successful candidate will have a “nice way about them” with a professional phone skills and a strong presence. Attention to detail is also required. Some basic computer skills are required to interact with our dealer management system for scheduling/booking.
This is an important position and is integral to the smooth operation of our Service Department and Sales Departments for which outbound calling will be made. The qualified candidate must be able to quickly learn the products and services offered here at Highbury Ford so that they can speak confidently to our customers. Outbound calling will include but is not limited to service scheduling, special order parts notifications, campaign follow-up and customer satisfaction calls.
Telemarketing experience would be an asset. Any candidate with Quorum software knowledge or experience booking appointments in a dealership setting will get priority interview status.
Compensation will include a salary with a performance bonus, also access to our benefit program. Compensation listed is for the salary component. Bonus/Incentives will be discussed during the interview process.
