Legendary Motorcar Company is looking for a reliable, hard-working Facility Maintenance / Handyman to help maintain our building, grounds, showroom, shop, and general property.
This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, organized, and running properly. The right person will be comfortable handling day-to-day janitorial duties, minor repairs, general maintenance, and seasonal property outdoor upkeep.
You will play an important role in helping keep our facility looking first-class at all times.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, offices, washrooms, shop areas, lunchroom, and common spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and remove garbage/recycling daily
- Perform general handyman and building maintenance tasks
- Complete minor repairs including patching, painting, basic carpentry, fixture replacement, door hardware, shelving, organizational projects
- Help monitor and maintain lighting, plumbing issues, HVAC concerns, and general building condition
- Maintain exterior areas including entrances, walkways, parking lot, and grounds
- Handle seasonal duties such as snow clearing, salting, and general weather-related upkeep
- Set up and move furniture, supplies, equipment, and displays as needed
- Keep maintenance areas, storage rooms, and janitorial supplies organized
- Report larger repair issues or contractor-related work to management
- Assist with receiving deliveries and other general property support tasks when needed
Requirements
- Experience in janitorial, property maintenance, handyman, building maintenance, or a similar role
- Strong general repair skills and mechanical common sense
- Ability to work independently and stay on top of daily tasks without constant supervision
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to lift, carry, push, and move materials and equipment
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset
- Experience operating basic maintenance tools and equipment is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
