Our client, a leading automotive supplier, is seeking a qualified Shipper/Receiver/forklift operator to join their organization in Mississauga, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth daily operations of the department
- Operate a forklift and reach truck for order picking
- Verify orders and proactively address any backlogs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time customer deliveries
- Perform additional warehouse-related tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma (preferred)
- Valid forklift license with reach truck experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in shipping and/or warehouse order picking (assets)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of lifting 35–40 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
- Excellent concentration and memory

Compensation & Schedule:
- Base Pay: $26.09/hour
- Shift Premiums: Afternoon +$1.15/hour and Night +$1.35/hour
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Shift Rotation: Day, afternoon, and night shifts (rotating every 2 weeks)
Pay: $26.00 per hour
