Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Pilates, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate clients of all levels. Responsibilities
- Lead group and private Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels and client needs
- Demonstrate proper technique and form to ensure safety and effectiveness of exercises
- Foster a welcoming, motivating, and professional environment for all participants
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their progress, goals, and concerns
- Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing support
Experience
- Proven experience teaching Reformer Pilates in a professional setting is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to instruct diverse groups with patience and leadership qualities
- Experience in customer service, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively to accommodate multiple classes or sessions throughout the day
- Prior experience working with clients of varying fitness levels is advantageous
