Mountain View Landscaping is a steadily growing Landscape Installation Snow Clearing Company based out of Langley that offers service from Port Moody to the Fraser Valley and some surrounding areas.
Our focus is Landscape/hardscape installation projects for residential homes with projects ranging from a few days to a month or more long.
We pride ourselves in doing top quality work every time and are currently looking for a potential hire to lead crews as either a foreman or a lead hand.
Job Description
Day to day work consists of any of the following:
- Working with crew members in excavation, & base preparation.
- Installation of Block retaining walls.
- Installation of Paving stone patios, Driveway & Walkways.
- Installation of Artificial turf.
- Lawn, Garden & Landscape lighting Installation.
Bonus if you have experience in:
- Material take offs.
- Ordering and timing material deliveries.
Applicants should have a positive attitude and be able to work and Lead in a team environment, help manage customer needs as well as be willing to learn new methods as well as share their own experience with the team.
We are looking to hire immediately.

Requirements
Full Time Applicants Only
Applicants for a foreman should have knowledge and experience in:
- Layout with laser levels and string lines
- Walk behind Skid steer and/or Mini Excavator Operation
- Material take offs and quantity calculation
Lead Hand applications should have experience in:
- Prep and installation of Paving stones
- Prep and installation of Block retaining walls.
- Compaction equipment
- Cut off saws
All applicants Must:
- Have at least 2 years of practical experience in landscape construction
- Have a valid drivers license
- Have their own vehicle for transportation to and from the jobs each day.
- be able to work an 9-10 hour shift as necessary 5 days a week.
- be willing and able to work rain or shine.
- be physically able to lift and stack full sized Allan blocks.
- be looking for long term full time employment.
- Must have proper steel toed boots.
