Dans ce rôle, vous serez au cœur de projets innovants visant à intégrer les technologies de pointe dans les activités de définition de produit, de fabrication et d'inspection de la qualité.
Technologies avancées : Modélisation 3D, automatisation, scanning 3D, métrologie numérique et fabrication intelligente
Gestion de projets stratégiques de la planification à la mise en production
Collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie, fabrication, qualité, opérations et approvisionnement
Déploiement de solutions innovantes auprès des clients internes et externes
Contribution directe à l'amélioration de la qualité, des coûts, des délais et de la performance manufacturière
Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, aéronautique, industriel ou logiciel
Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente
Expérience en gestion de projets, amélioration continue ou transformation organisationnelle
Connaissance des méthodologies Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma et PFMEA
Bilinguisme français et anglais
Voyages occasionnels au Canada et à l'international

Cyient is seeking an Industrialization and Deployment Manager to support an exciting digital transformation initiative based in Longueuil, Quebec.
You will play a key role in industrializing and deploying cutting-edge technologies that integrate 3D modeling, automation, digital inspection, and advanced manufacturing solutions into aerospace production environments.
What you'll do:
Lead deployment projects from planning through production implementation
Drive digital transformation initiatives across multidisciplinary teams
Manage project schedules, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
Promote innovation and support organizational change management activities
Help improve product quality, operational performance, and manufacturing excellence
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Software Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in Project Management, Continuous Improvement, or Business Transformation
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and manufacturing processes
Strong communication skills in English and French
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
