Casual cleaner with references and 5+ years of experience in cleaning required for apartment / townhouse cleaning. Units will be vacant and will need vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types, including wiping baseboards, dusting ceilings, washing light fixtures and switches, countertops, scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures and cupboards, cleaning inside and out of stove/ovens, fridges, washing machines and dryers, washing and drying windows, blinds, mirrors. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment with an ability to work independently and follow instructions a huge asset. Applicant should have a keen eye and strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Position is Hourly paid. Cleaning Supplies provided. Requires vehicle to work at different sites and carry cleaning supplies. Must be physically fit, capable of lifting 50lbs, and comfortable using a step stool.
