Job Title: Industrial Painter – Custom Fans & Blowers
We are a manufacturer of custom industrial fans and blowers, currently seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial or automotive painting and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal surfaces for painting (sanding, grinding, masking, cleaning)
- Mix and apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray equipment (air or airless)
- Follow all safety and environmental protocols for materials handling and disposal
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality, coverage, and finish
- Maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean and safe
- Read and interpret production drawings and work orders
- Work with the production team to meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial or automotive spray painting preferred
- Knowledge of paint types and spray techniques
- Ability to follow PPE and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail; able to work independently
- Physically fit; able to stand, bend, and lift in a shop environment
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- Experience painting HVAC components, heavy equipment, or fabricated metal parts
- Familiarity with industrial surface prep techniques
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
