We're looking for an experienced Concrete Restoration Working Foreman who knows the difference between a good repair and a future warranty claim. Someone who can lead a crew, solve problems before coffee break, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

What You'll Be Doing
· Leading a skilled restoration crew on commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects.
· Rolling up your sleeves and working alongside your team.
· Coordinating daily work and keeping projects moving.
· Reading drawings without pretending to.
· Making sure repairs are built to last—not just until the consultant leaves.
· Keeping safety front and centre.
· Working with project managers, consultants, and clients to deliver quality work.
What You Bring
· 5+ years of concrete restoration experience.
· Experience leading crews and earning their respect.
· Knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing, coatings, reinforcing, and restoration methods.
· The ability to think ahead instead of just reacting.
· A valid driver's licence.
· Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain).
