Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms as needed
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures related to cleanliness, safety, and guest privacy
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and procedures is a plus
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality service
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled timeframes
- Reliable with a positive attitude and good communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
