Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Manage laundry and linen services as needed for clients
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
- Uphold safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally
Requirements
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus but not required
- Previous experience in cleaning, residential cleaning, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Basic cooking skills are advantageous for some client requests but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation and the ability to manage your own schedule effectively
