Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Building permit and Development permit cordinator to join our team. As a Building permit and Development permit cordinator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration, including building permit, development permit, and contracts and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire Permit lifecycle, from initial request through contract execution and closeout
- write invoice
- Coordinate professionals
- Prepare and draft contracts, amendments, and other legal documents
- Negotiate contract terms with vendors, suppliers, and clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date building permits and development permits
- Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to terms and conditions
- Resolve any permit-related issues or disputes that may arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective contract management
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters
Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Autocad and Revit
- Fast learner
- Familiarity with computerized systems such as Access, Outlook, Windows, and SharePoint
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
