Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join our team at National Neon Displays, a leader in high-quality custom signage solutions. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth execution of signage projects from inception to installation. You will serve as a central point of communication between sales, design, production, and installation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation with the Installation Manager.
- Communicate project updates and ensure client expectations are met.
- Collaborate with sales, design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure all documentation such as work orders, drawings, and approvals are accurately maintained.
- Schedule and confirm installations and deliveries with internal teams and clients.
- Identify and address project risks or bottlenecks early.
- Propose creative solutions to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in signage, construction, or manufacturing industries.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent typing, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
- Requires a valid driver’s license.
Desired Skills:
- High aptitude for learning new skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
- Goal-orientated, works well under pressure and can meet demanding timelines.
- Strong planning, organization and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills and focus on customer satisfaction.
