Heat-Air Mechanical is a well-established, progressive company that has created a niche for itself in the Hi-Rise Condominium and Light Commercial Market. We have been in business for over 45 years and are still growing. We provide service and installation services to a vast array of clients in the GTA and surrounding areas. We are currently looking to fill a Full-time Service Manager position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· The successful Candidate must have licensing of G1 or G2, 313A
· Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and products
· Coordination of training courses for HVAC technicians
· Process quotations, service jobs and new contract proposals
· Provide technical support and leadership to assure our customers are looked after
· Develop, maintain and grow strong relationships with customers
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Manage warranty issues
· Scheduling daily jobs, duties or meetings with dispatch
· All meetings and site inspections need to be detailed documented
· Attend tender meetings and provide all necessary information for quote
· Sales Development: track sales performance and report on progress, excellent sales and negotiation skills. A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to achieve sales goals are essential.
· 1 – 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or management
