A little taste of your day-to-day
Every night brings something different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Welcoming late‑arriving guests with professionalism and warmth
- Managing check‑ins and check‑outs to ensure a smooth, seamless experience
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with confidence
- Completing nightly audit procedures and balancing the day’s financial transactions
- Preparing reports for management and ensuring all systems roll over correctly
- Monitoring hotel safety and security, staying attentive to guest needs throughout the night
- Supporting early‑departing guests with billing, transportation, and local insights
What we need from you
- Strong communication skills — you’re approachable, clear, and calm under pressure
- Solid problem‑solving abilities — you turn challenges into positive guest moments
- Comfort with numbers and accuracy — you’ll be handling financial reports and reconciliations
- Tech‑savvy and literate — confident with computers, basic math, and hotel systems
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during overnight hours
