This Is Not Just a Front Desk Job
At Blended Athletics, the front desk is much more than checking people in and answering questions.
You are the first person our members see when they walk through the door.
You set the tone. You create connections. You help people feel like they belong.
We're looking for two Front Desk Team Members who want to be part of something bigger than themselves. People who care about fitness, enjoy helping others, and are excited to grow within the fitness industry.
What You'll Do
- Welcome members and guests into the facility
- Learn members' names and build relationships
- Assist with member questions and support
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and account updates
- Navigate ZenPlanner and other business systems
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and gym environment
- Support events, promotions, and community initiatives
- Assist with lead follow-up and prospect communication
- Work closely with coaches and leadership to create an exceptional member experience
Schedule
- 4 shifts per week
- Mix of morning and evening shifts
- Fixed monthly schedule
- Starting wage: $17/hour

Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Administrative experience is an asset
- Must regularly participate in fitness and take care of your health
- Must be comfortable learning new software and systems
- Must be dependable and organized
- Must enjoy working with people
