MaidBright is currently hiring reliable residential cleaners for recurring daytime cleaning jobs throughout Burlington and Oakville.
We are looking for detail-oriented cleaners who want consistent weekly work with a growing and professional cleaning company.
This role is ideal for experienced cleaners who want recurring work, clear expectations, and respectful clients—without the chaos that comes with most cleaning gigs.

Requirements
- Residential cleaning experience
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies/equipment
- Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Are comfortable working independently
- Can pass a background check (no criminal record)
- Are legally able to work in Canada
What You’ll Be Doing
- Residential home cleaning (recurring + occasional deep cleans)
- Following clear cleaning checklists and service standards
- Working independently or with a partner, depending on the job
- Representing MaidBright professionally in clients’ homes
Pay & Schedule
- Starting at $24/hour (based on experience and performance)
- Flexible weekday scheduling
- Consistent routes in Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton
- Opportunity for increased hours as demand grows
