Zonda is seeking a 3D ArchViz Supervisor to lead and elevate our growing production teams responsible for creating high-quality virtual marketing assets for the homebuilding industry. This leadership role oversees a large, multi-disciplinary team producing architectural renderings, interior virtual tours, interactive experiences, and other immersive real estate marketing content.
This role blends creative leadership, technical expertise, operational oversight, and team development. The ideal candidate is passionate about photorealistic visualization, thrives in fast-paced production environments, and enjoys mentoring artists while driving continuous improvement across workflows, tools, quality standards, and scalability.
You’ll work closely with creative leadership, development teams, project managers, and production staff to ensure projects are delivered on time, at a consistently high standard, and aligned with evolving industry trends and client expectations.

Contribute to the production and oversight of a wide range of 3D visualization and virtual experience projects.

Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of approximately 40 3D artists across multiple disciplines, teams, and production streams.

Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture focused on creativity, accountability, and continuous growth.

Partner closely with the Creative Director to drive scalable quality improvements across deliverables and production standards.

Collaborate with development teams to improve workflows, optimize production pipelines, and help ensure tools remain innovative and efficient.

Organize and facilitate team meetings, production reviews, and collaborative working sessions.

Work cross-functionally with project managers, creative leadership, and production teams to align on deliverables, timelines, client expectations, and quality standards.

Troubleshoot technical and production challenges throughout the visualization pipeline.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, quality, consistency, and overall production performance.

Assist with the development and maintenance of asset libraries, templates, documentation, and quality standards.

Explore and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies that can enhance production workflows, quality, scalability, and team efficiency.

Stay current on industry trends, rendering techniques, visualization technologies, and real-time production innovations.

Support ongoing team development and contribute to performance management processes.
You are a creative and technically skilled visualization leader who knows how to balance artistic quality with operational execution. You’re passionate about architectural visualization, real-time environments, and immersive digital experiences—and you enjoy helping teams grow and perform at a high level.
You thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments where innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement are valued. You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and naturally curious about new tools, technologies, and production techniques, especially within AI and real-time rendering workflows.
Most importantly, you know how to bring people together, inspire creative teams, and drive projects forward with consistency, clarity, and high standards.

10+ years of professional experience in 3D visualization, architectural visualization, or real-time environments.

3+ years of leadership experience managing or overseeing production teams.

Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural visualization and/or virtual experience work.

Deep understanding of modeling, materials, lighting, interior design, photorealism, and rendering workflows.

Demonstrated interest in exploring and leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve production workflows, efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Self-starter mentality with a forward-thinking and continuously learning mindset.

Experience with Adobe Substance, Revit, or AutoCAD is a plus.

Knowledge of scripting, automation, or production pipeline tools is a plus.

Experience supporting residential homebuilders, real estate marketing, or related industries is preferred.

Experience working with global or multi-location production teams is preferred.
