Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000

Summary:
The Analyst acts as the trusted partner to the Merchandising Execution Team (MET) by providing financial direction, insights and analysis to help the team achieve their business objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
- Participate in the forecasting, planning and analysis of the business unit’s P&L
- Present monthly P&L results to business partners including Sr. Directors, Directors, Sr. Managers and Managers
- Analyze funding trends to identify risks and opportunities impacting the P&L
- Support the forecasting of payroll costs and collaborate with the Workforce Planning team to drive accountability to achieve payroll targets
- Manage MET vendor contracts and ensure that correct collection rates are set up in SAP
- Collaborate with business partners to identify incremental vendor funding opportunities
- Participate in budget preparation, reporting, journal entries and Cost Benefit Analysis submissions
- Work with the other Analyst on the team during peak season to help manage the financials of Merchandising projects, including budget spend tracking, funding allocation across projects and reporting
Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or similar financial systems
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and confidentiality
