Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a new and fulfilling opportunity? Do you want to experience less workplace stress, enjoy greater job satisfaction, and have more control over your schedule? At Vancouver Island Foot Care Nurses, we offer a unique work environment where you can provide high-quality care in the comfort of clients' homes, build lasting relationships with clients, and enjoy flexible scheduling that supports your work-life balance.
What We Offer:
A low-stress, lifestyle-focused role centred on one-on-one care with regular clients, in their homes, allowing you to build meaningful, ongoing relationships within your local community.
Work is primarily routine foot care, with no high-pressure or high-acuity environments and you’ll be supported by clear systems and streamlined processes, including very minimal, efficient charting suited to low-acuity, routine care.
Work independently while having support available, whenever needed, by administrative staff who operate under the understanding that great client care starts with supported, satisfied nurses.
Receive one-on-one, hands-on training through a structured onboarding program designed to build your confidence gradually within our practice model, systems, and procedures. The program is designed to support success within our team and is not intended as a standalone certification for independent practice.
Enjoy flexible, self-directed daytime scheduling. Choose which days of the week you want to work and easily pre-schedule time off with advance notice.
Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with the opportunity to increase hours over time if desired.

- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, typically seeing the same clients on a regular schedule
