Clinic Manager (Part-Time) – The Wellnest Family Clinic
At The Wellnest Family Clinic, we are building a warm, community-centered wellness space for moms, babies, children, and families.
We are currently looking for a part-time Clinic Manager to help support and grow our multidisciplinary wellness clinic.
This position is ideal for someone already involved in the wellness, motherhood, or community space who is seeking flexible, meaningful work within a growing wellness clinic and community.
We are looking for someone who understands the maternal and wellness world, naturally connects with people, and can confidently help lead clinic operations without needing constant oversight.
What You’ll Be DoingClinic Operations & Admin
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and clinic organization
- Help ensure smooth clinic flow and patient experience
- Manage scheduling, communication, systems, and coordination
- Support front desk operations and team accountability
- Help create structure and efficiency so the clinic owner can focus on patient care
Community Growth & Relationships
- Build strong connections within the parenting and wellness community
- Help bring new patients and families into the clinic
- Coordinate collaborations, partnerships, workshops, and events
- Support community outreach and relationship-building initiatives
Marketing & Communication
- Assist with newsletters, blogs, email communication, and social media coordination
- Help maintain consistent clinic communication and branding
- Collaborate with practitioners on educational and promotional content
Team Support & Leadership
- Help manage and support a multidisciplinary wellness team
- Foster a positive and collaborative clinic culture
- Take initiative and problem-solve independently
Who You Are
- Organized, proactive, and reliable
- Warm, personable, and confident communicating with people
- Passionate about wellness, motherhood, family care, and community
- Comfortable leading and managing without needing micromanagement
- Strong with admin tasks, systems, and organization
- Creative and collaborative
- Able to represent the clinic professionally both online and in person
Qualifications
- Experience in administration, clinic coordination, wellness spaces, healthcare, or community leadership preferred
- Experience with marketing, newsletters, blogging, or social media is an asset
- Familiarity with the maternal wellness or family health world is strongly preferred
