Precision Painters is looking for motivated individuals to join our 2026 spring/summer painting team!
We are looking for hard-working, motivated people in Williams Lake who want to join a team of top performers, earn what they're worth, and optimize their cash flow!
Compensation:
- Wages start at $20/hour for entry-level positions but can vary up to $30/hour+
- Profit Sharing model. If projects finish under the budget, savings are passed to employees!

About this job:
- Painting interior/exterior residential/commercial buildings in the Williams Lake neighbourhood
- Working outdoors with a crew of 2-3 people

What will be expected of you:
- Reliable Transportation (we will be working at many different job sites, you must be capable of
- getting around town)
- Ability to work from ladders (the average job is 20ft tall off ladders/roofs)
- Ability to complete and provide certifications for the required training provided
- Referring our services to friends and family.
Position Descriptions
Painter: This role is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money reflective of their efforts over the busy spring/summer months. The ideal individual is hard-working, coachable, and an effective communicator.
Bonuses and Incentives, as well as pay increases, are provided for people willing to show exceptional initiative.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
