Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales objectives.
- Manage merchandising efforts by organizing displays, pricing products accurately, and implementing promotional strategies.
- Handle cash register operations including cashiering, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) system management, and bookkeeping tasks.
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates, onboarding new employees, and assisting with training & development programs.
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory management activities to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain organizational efficiency through effective time management, administrative tasks, budgeting, and recordkeeping.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or leadership experience within retail management or a similar environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage bilingual or multilingual customers and team members effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques.
- Skilled in negotiation, marketing initiatives, and customer service excellence to enhance store performance.
- Experience with payroll processing, cash handling, POS systems, and bookkeeping software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of recruiting practices including interviewing techniques; experience in training & development is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential.

Pay: $43,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
