Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing interior finishing tasks on residential projects. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of carpentry techniques. The Finish Carpenter will work closely with foreman, site manager, and other trades to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, and construction drawings.
- Install interior door, casing, window sill, baseboard, door hardware, bathroom hardware and other finish materials with accuracy and craftsmanship.
- Operate hand tools, power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measure accurately to ensure proper fit of all finish components.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Skills
- Experience in interior finishing carpentry.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment.
- Ability to perform lifting safely and efficiently on-site.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
