The mandate of the Grader-Piler is to grade the dowels produced at the Sawmill. He will have to cut off parts with knots and imperfections. He may also pile the dowels on the pallets.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and provide immediate corrective support for production equipment
- Overhaul and install new equipment
- Rebuild and fabricate parts
- Perform facility maintenance
- Journeyman Millwright certification
- Red Seal Certificate
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic experience
