We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass components, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Duties
- Perform installation and replacement of windshields, side windows, and rear windows in various types of vehicles.
- Assess damage to glass components and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to ensure precise fitting and sealing of glass.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services performed.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices related to automotive glass repair and installation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Glass Technician or in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.\
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to automotive repair is a plus.
