The purpose of this job is to support and work on remediation of vulnerabilities and support Windows Systems, Virtualization, Implementing and troubleshooting of critical IT systems. Vulnerability remediation.

Expert in Configuring and administering windows server 2016/2022.

Good understanding of Exchange 2016/SE and Office 365 related issues.

Good understanding of Enterprise Vault for arching emails.

Maintain servers both physical and VM environment (HP SimpliVity and Vmware) with maximum uptime.
-
Strong experience in deploying and hardening of Windows servers. Following best practices of CIS standards.

Experience in deploying GPOs to remediate vulnerabilities.

Mastery in troubleshooting windows OS issues for L1 & L2
-
Firm understanding of Windows security including file system permissions, file sharing, event logging, performance monitoring and disk administration.

Responsible for third-level support for all server related issues.

Participate in complete system builds, upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
-
Preparation and maintenance of documentation for technologies, standards, and procedures.
-
Management of virtual environments with various types of hypervisors.
-
Monitoring of server’s CPU, Memory, Disk, Network Utilization for Security Compliance.

Firmware upgrades for physical servers
-
Performance optimizations, regular health checks on servers and Systematic Troubleshooting of problems.

Involved in Customizing VM's Memory, hard disk, NIC and Analyzing log files, Resources utilizing monitoring.

Create new VMware virtual machines to meet the specifications provided by the Client.
-
Involved in On Call rotation to supporting production strictly maintaining SLAs.
-
Handle day-to-day incidents and requests arising in the environment with respect to SLA.

Provide escalation support for Windows team.

Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively interact with upper management for presentation of new functionality and solving problems Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work on-call in emergency or priority issues. Ability to take independent initiative when needed Capital Markets Domain knowledge is preferred. Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), integration across Incident, Problem & Change (IPC) Management. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting.
