About the Practice
This well-established clinic prides itself on loyal clients and a supportive team, many of whom have been part of the practice for over five years. The clinic is equipped to provide gold-standard care, including:
- Therapeutic laser
- Ultrasound
- Digital dental x-ray
The clinic offers a warm, personalized environment for both pets and their owners, supported by AI-assisted technology to streamline workflows and enhance patient care.
The Role
You'll be a valued member of the team, able to work independently when needed while collaborating with colleagues. The clinic emphasizes professional integrity: there's no pressure to recommend unnecessary treatments, and mutual respect and staff well-being are at the heart of the workplace culture.
- Focus: General small animal practice, including soft tissue surgery
- Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Thursday: 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- No weekend work
- No on-call or after-hours responsibilities
This position is ideal for veterinarians with 2+ years' experience, though confident new grads with soft tissue surgery skills are also encouraged to apply.
The Package
- Competitive salary starting at $130k+, depending on experience
- Paid professional dues and VIN membership
- Continuing education allowance: ~$2,500 (flexible if revenue-generating)
