Course Description/Relevant Employment Duties
To analyze, model, and predict the performance of basic power converter configurations. To explain topologies of power electronics, AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC and AC/AC. To design proper switching circuits.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering, have a background relevant to the topics taught in the course, and possess strong communication and organization skills to interact effectively with students and Teaching Assistants.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous teaching experience is highly preferred.
