About the Role
JAB Window Cleaning is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our growing team. You'll provide professional exterior cleaning services for residential homeowners across the Montreal area. Every day is different—you'll work outdoors, stay active, and take pride in transforming customers' homes.
No previous experience is required. We provide paid training and all the equipment you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential exterior windows using traditional and water-fed pole systems
- Perform gutter cleaning and remove debris safely
- Pressure wash driveways, walkways, patios, siding, and other exterior surfaces
- Set up and operate ladders, pressure washers, hoses, and other professional equipment safely
- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality results
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment
- Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners
- Follow company safety procedures and best practices at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, construction, landscaping, or general labour is an asset, but not required
