We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Alberta Lift Truck sales
team. This individual will bring extensive leadership experience and a strong background
in outside sales with a passion for coaching teams and driving results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all sales activity for the Alberta Lift Truck sales team
- Provide full-scope leadership to sales representatives across all Alberta locations
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor high-performing sales professionals
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
- Set performance expectations and manage accountability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Analyze market conditions and develop competitive sales strategies

Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in sales management (7+ yrs preferred)
- Strong coaching and performance management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to succeed in a competitive market
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- High level of organization, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Mechanical aptitude and spatial awareness
- 3-5 yrs of account management experience (material handling industry experience is an asset)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Dynamics CRM
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
