Reporting to the V.P. Sales, Eastern Ontario Region, the Truck Sales Account Manager is required to promote products and services provided by Rush Truck Centres of Canada, prospecting for new customers, developing relationships and growing an existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:

Understanding the needs of new and existing customers and matching them with the appropriate products and services.

Responsible for an assigned sales territory and/or customer list; maintain accurate and realistic customer account lists, solicit new conquest customers and retain existing accounts.

Prospect for new clients and grow existing customer sales in order to meet/ exceed your annual sales objective.

Prepare and present quotes for new and used vehicles, as required.

Where applicable, show customers stock vehicles that meet their needs.

Assist with floor duties when assigned; available to meet with walk-in customers.

Complete and submit all pertinent and necessary paperwork (documents, report) required to finalize a vehicle sale or lease, including the financing.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM sales information.

Follow up with customers after the purchase and handle customer post-sale inquiries.

Participate in and complete necessary product and sales training.
-
Participate in industry events and sales meetings as required and directed by management.

Comply with all Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.

Expected to have a positive attitude and promote a healthy work environment.

Maintain a valid OMVIC license.

Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. College or post-secondary education is preferred.

Two years of sales experience.

Bilingual Preferred (French/English).

Previous experience in Heavy Truck, Automotive, or related industry experience preferred.

Competency in the following areas required: customer service, administrative skills, time management and marketing.

Proficient with software and computers.

Highly motivated individual and energetic self-starter.

Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Valid G Class Driver’s License. “AZ” or “DZ” Endorsed Driver’s License in an asset.
