Spa and beauty salon - We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician, must know nails to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering a range of services, including facials, body waxing, and nail care, while also promoting retail products to enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and nail care services.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Upsell retail products that complement the services provided to enhance client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their skincare goals and aftercare instructions.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences to ensure personalized service during future visits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products to provide clients with the best possible advice and services.
Skills
- Proficiency in body waxing techniques and other esthetic services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in promoting beauty or skincare products.
- Knowledge of nail care practices is a plus.
- Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining a positive client experience.
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong focus on sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
