Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Prepare export document and product registration for international markets.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise.
- Create invoices and sale reports/letters.
- Arrange shipping with freight forwarder.
- Prepare orders for clients by entering information in the computer system.
- Prepare financial statements and/or account summary for clients.
Requirements:
- Some post-secondary education in business, marketing, sales, or related disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills and a familiarity with electronic presentation/report formats (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent customer service, time management, and project organisational skills.
- Must be Fluent in English
- Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
- Salary+Commission
