Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our finance operations. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, preparing financial and management reports, and collaborating with the Billing Team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and able to handle confidential financial information with accuracy and professionalism. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to complete assigned financial responsibilities within established timelines.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, transactions, and supporting documentation.
- Complete bank, account, and financial reconciliations.
- Review records for discrepancies, errors, or missing information and report issues as needed.
- Prepare bookkeeping, financial, and management reports.
- Support month-end and year-end financial activities.
- Coordinate with the Billing Team to ensure accurate financial recording and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
- Education, training, or relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or business administration is preferred.
- Experience using QuickBooks is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Start Date: First week of October 2026.
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
