Join Sandy's Farm & Garden Centre LTD as a Farm Worker. In this role, you will be an essential part of our team, helping to cultivate, harvest, and maintain our crops while supporting the daily operations of our family farm.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, watering, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment and irrigation systems.
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support the care of plants through horticultural practices.
- Use hand tools for various farm tasks.
- Assist with general farm maintenance and upkeep.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during all activities.
- Support the team in meeting daily production goals.
