We are a small, independently owned café looking for experienced and reliable team members who can grow with our business.
We are currently hiring for two positions:
1. BARISTA
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee or café barista experience (required)
* Comfortable dialing in espresso, steaming milk, and creating basic latte art
* Able to consistently maintain drink quality during service
* Able to multitask between beverage preparation, sandwich/food preparation, customer service, and cleaning
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
* Must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
* Must be capable of working independently and managing a solo shift after training

2. Kitchen Staff
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of professional kitchen experience (required)
* Hands-on experience with baking and food preparation in a professional bakery, café, or commercial kitchen
* Able to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent quality
* Able to work efficiently, stay organized, and manage baking/prep tasks independently
* Strong understanding of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
* Must be capable of working independently after training
