This is a part-time position with 1-2 days in the week and a split shift on a weekend.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving store.
- Process sales, returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and direct to Manager if answer doesn't solve the issue.
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
- General housekeeping of store and shelves.
- Putting orders when received out onto shelves.
