Job Summary
Celoxia Inc. is a professional service company offering residential and commercial cleaning, moving, and smart service solutions across Atlantic Canada. We are currently expanding our Cleaning Division and are seeking motivated, reliable, organized, and customer-focused Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technicians to support our growing operations.
What You Will Do / Duties
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks, including floor care, restroom sanitation, dusting, disinfecting, waste removal, and general site cleaning.
- Use cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies safely and effectively to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- Vacuum carpets, area rugs, upholstered furniture, and other approved surfaces.
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors as required.
- Pick up debris, empty garbage and recycling containers, and replace liners as needed.
- Deep clean bathrooms, hallways, offices, waiting areas, kitchens, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Refill paper towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, and other supplies where required.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, doors, baseboards, wall hangings, and accessible surfaces.
- Clean under and behind light, portable furniture and decorations where safe to do so.
- Wipe down walls, doors, woodwork, baseboards, countertops, tables, chairs, appliances, refrigerators, microwaves, sinks, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, counters, floors, and high-touch areas.
- Perform carpet cleaning, interior window cleaning, and pet-area cleaning when assigned and properly trained.
- Handle minor cleaning-related issues only when safe and authorized; report plumbing, damage, safety, or maintenance concerns to management.
- Use proper PPE where required and follow company safety procedures.
- Report customer concerns, damages, missing items, or site issues before leaving the client site.
- Provide professional customer service and support quality control as needed.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of residential, commercial, custodial, housekeeping, or janitorial cleaning experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel between multiple client sites during a workday.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing schedule.
- Ability to work well in teams of two or more cleaners with limited supervision.
- Punctual, professional, respectful, and reliable on client sites.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists and instructions.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift light items, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Position Details
- Schedule: Variable; hours may change based on business and operational needs
- Pay: $18–$22 per hour
