Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing payments.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to provide clients with innovative styles.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques, products, and tools.
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide recommendations.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
