Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated baker to join our team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, motivated, and committed to maintaining our high standards while continuously learning and growing in their craft.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, breads, and baked goods from scratch
Uphold our company’s high standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times
Follow recipes precisely while also being open to new techniques and seasonal changes
Collaborate with a professional, passionate team that values tradition and innovation
What We’re Looking For:
1–2+ years of professional baking or pastry experience preferred
A true passion for baking, especially using local and organic ingredients
Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask under pressure
Willingness to learn, accept new challenges, and develop new skills
Respect for culinary traditions and a commitment to excellence
Availability for early mornings (4am) and weekends
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
