Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Pricing & Revenue Analyst to support the development and execution of strategic pricing initiatives that directly influence revenue growth and long-term business performance. This individual will leverage customer insights, market trends, forecasting and advanced analytics to develop pricing recommendations, evaluate promotional opportunities and support enterprise-wide revenue management initiatives. Principal tasks and responsibilities include:
Lead the development and execution of pricing and revenue management strategies that support long-term revenue growth.
Develop pricing recommendations across various customer segments, service offerings, promotions and discount programs.
Analyze customer behaviour, revenue trends, demand patterns and market conditions to identify pricing opportunities.
Design and execute pricing studies, pilots and scenario analyses to evaluate the financial impact of pricing decisions.
Partner with Data Analytics and Business Insights teams to develop forecasting models, pricing analyses and customer behaviour insights.
Build business cases and provide strategic recommendations that balance revenue growth with customer engagement.
Evaluate pricing performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue generation and operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Marketing, Operations, IT, Customer Experience and Legal to support pricing initiatives.
Support enhancements to pricing processes, systems and reporting tools.
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.

Qualifications and pre-requisites:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or another quantitative discipline. A Master's degree is considered an asset.
8+ years of progressive experience in pricing, revenue management or commercial strategy within a complex organization.
Demonstrated experience developing pricing strategies that directly influence revenue, profitability and customer behaviour.
Strong understanding of pricing optimization, customer segmentation, forecasting, promotions and discount strategies.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
Advanced proficiency with SQL, Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with large datasets and translating complex analysis into meaningful business recommendations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting findings to executive leadership.
Self-directed, proactive professional capable of managing multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
