Part-Time | 20–25 hours/week | Monday–Friday flexible hours between 7:30-5:00
Occasional evening and weekend availability required for events & coverage
This role is more than just making great coffee. You’ll be part of the day-to-day flow of our café and help make Social Grounds a place where people love to spend time.
What you’ll be doing:
· Making coffee, specialty drinks and other menu items
· Welcoming and serving customers with a friendly, positive attitude
· Food preparation and keeping our café stocked and organized
· Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
· Completing daily cleaning and closing duties
· Assisting with evening and weekend events
· Helping with inventory and restocking
· Assisting with social media and other small marketing tasks
· Jumping in wherever needed to help keep things running smoothly
We’re looking for someone who:
· Is genuinely friendly, outgoing and loves people
· Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced café
· Has a positive, can-do attitude
· Is reliable, responsible and works well independently
· Is comfortable pitching in wherever needed
· Enjoys being part of a small, community-focused business
Barista experience or restaurant management experience is a bonus but not required. We’re happy to train the right person if you have the personality, work ethic and enthusiasm we’re looking for!

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
