Looking for the most fun job of the summer?
Toke Cannabis is searching for an energetic, outgoing, and reliable person to bring our beloved mascot, Tokey, to life! If you enjoy making people smile, aren't afraid to wave at strangers, dance to passing cars, and be the center of attention, this might be the perfect job for you.
As Tokey, you'll wear our full-body mascot costume (a giant cannabis leaf!) while greeting customers, waving to traffic, taking photos with the community, and helping create a fun atmosphere at our stores and local events. Every shift is a chance to spread good vibes and represent one of Ontario's favourite independent cannabis retailers.
This position is primarily outdoors throughout the summer and fall, so applicants should be comfortable working outside in a mascot costume for extended periods.
Because Tokey is a cannabis leaf, we're looking for someone who is comfortable representing a cannabis retailer and is 420-friendly.
Travel is required between our Niagara locations and some local events. Applicants must have reliable transportation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Wear and perform in our full-body Tokey mascot costume.
- Wave to passing traffic and engage with the public in a fun, family-friendly way.
- Take photos with customers and event attendees.
- Attend community events, grand openings, and promotional appearances.
- Help create an exciting, welcoming atmosphere at our stores.
- Work closely with our marketing team during special events and promotions.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing.
- Comfortable being the center of attention.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically capable of wearing a mascot costume for extended periods.
- Comfortable travelling between Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, and Beamsville.
- Available for evening & weekend shifts

- Love interacting with people.
- Enjoy social media, events, or promotions.
- Have experience in performance, theatre, dance, or mascot work (not required!).
- Have a great sense of humour and don't mind busting out a few dance moves at a red light.
