We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) / Kinesiologist (Kin) to join our healthcare team. Employment Information
- This is a full-time position.
- Employees are entitled to two (2) weeks of paid vacation annually.
- Vacation requests are subject to approval by the supervisor based on clinic scheduling and operational needs.
- Performance reviews are conducted annually. Salary increases, where applicable, are based on individual performance and the financial success of the company.
Job Description
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a medical or physiotherapy clinic is preferred.

Duties
- Assist licensed therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Support patient mobility, exercises, and therapeutic activities to promote recovery.
- Monitor and document patient progress, responses, and any changes during treatment sessions.
- Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
