Job Opportunity: Chemical Blender and Chemical Blending Supervisor
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Chemical Blender to support our production and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for blending chemicals according to established formulas, managing batch documentation, and ensuring the safe and efficient handling of materials and equipment. Forklift license required.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to understand and adjust chemical formulations based on batch size
- Schedule batch production to meet inventory and customer order demands
- Create and maintain batch tickets for all blends
- Prestage raw materials and ensure materials are available and in stock for scheduled production
- Operate forklift to transport materials as needed
- Manually load batches using pumps or by hand; offload totes as required
- Perform general warehouse duties, including assisting with shipping and receiving if required
- Maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure proper serviceability after each use
- Assist in the design and improvement of blending processes
- Maximize efficient use of blending and warehouse equipment
- Prepare product samples and maintain retains collection
- Complete batch documentation and scan records into the internal system
- Conduct and coordinate in-process and final quality control testing
- Maintain and file Certificates of Analysis (CofA) for all produced batches
- Possible shunting trailer. If no experience, we are willing to train.

Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
