Located in Vineland, Ontario (just outside Grimsby), we're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our Production & Shipping team. This is a full-time, on-site position with an established company where quality workmanship, teamwork and safety are valued.
This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. One day you may be manufacturing greenhouse components in our production facility, and the next you could be preparing customer orders, loading trucks, or making local deliveries.
In this role, you will:
- Manufacture and prepare greenhouse components
- Read production drawings and accurately build parts to specification
- Pick, pack, load and unload customer orders
- Safely operate a forklift
- Drive a company pickup truck while towing a trailer for local deliveries
- Secure loads for safe transportation
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Help maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Work with the production team to meet daily production and shipping schedules
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a clean driver's abstract and is comfortable towing a trailer
- Can read and interpret production drawings
- Is confident loading and unloading trucks safely
- Enjoys physical, hands-on work
- Is dependable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Can adapt to changing priorities—no two days are exactly alike
- Is committed to quality workmanship and workplace safety
